Day Five

sisyphusIt wasn’t an easy day I have to say. Most of the things I tried to do were not really working.

First Nipple Kavala edited my advertising offer mail. Yaay! Then I tried to figure out how to work with the header on my blog so I can to put an advertisement. The theme I’m using is not really right for that purpose. The header could not link to a webpage and it looks too big for the site. So trying to work out the details now.

Previously I have bought 14 WordPress themes who looked like a good investment at the time. It happen it wasn’t really the case. I do not recommend to buy themes from Mojo themes. Some of the downloaded themes now don’t exist as a preview or on their website so you can’t figure out how they look like before uploading it. Continue reading

Day Four

table of contentI have to say the “100 day challenge” is working for me.

I feel quite productive since the start of it. Today I wrote the first draft of my “Table of content” for the e-book I would like to publish in the near future.

I wrote a blog entry with some interesting content for another blog I have as well.

I think tomorrow I’ll start working on my project “Design simple websites for dancers”.

So far so good. Write to you tomorrow.

Day Three

binding exerciseFirstĀ  I decided which 5 exercises I’m going to video first. They are the three sit up exercises + hip bridge + inside triangle binding.

Second I added one more idea I had for organizing workshops for actors. I added that to my post from yesterday and did some research on the topic.

I read about Stanislavky method and watched a workshop with Michael Caine on youtube.

“Stanislavski’s system is a progression of techniques used to train actors and actresses to draw believable emotions to their performances. The method that was originally created and used by Constantin Stanislavski from 1911 to 1916 was based on the concept of emotional memory for which an actor focuses internally to portray a character’s emotions onstage. Later, between 1934 and 1938, this technique evolved to a method of physical actions in which emotions are produced through the use of actions.”

The difference between “Method acting” andĀ  “Stanislavsky method”: Continue reading

Day Two / Checklist

checklist day twoHere we go, day two of my 100 day challenge.

Today I decided to brake down the individual steps I need to take in order to move my projects forward. I hope with time I’ll get even more specific and detailed in what is needed to be done.

To publish the Exercise Book I need to:

  • finish filling the images matching the exercises described in my first draft
  • write down the first 5 exercises I want to video
  • search for similar videos
  • write content page
  • video exercises
  • write the first page or “All rights reserved” page
  • write the intro focused on people not dancers
  • write terms and conditions page
  • write the autro
  • photograph all exercises

To devise a social media course for beginners I need to:

Day One / The Start

Yesterday I read a post on Medium about “There are 100 day left in 2014. What will you do with them?” and decided to start my “One hundred day challenge” today.

Turning my business ideas into profit or how to start earning 1K/m in the next 100 days.

Several ideas that have been sitting at the back of my head for already 3 years:

  1. To publish an Exercise Book
  2. To devise a social media course for beginners
  3. To start creating simple websites for dancers as a way to showcase their work
  4. Organize and give workshops
  5. To invite advertisers to a blog I already have

Let The Cha100 day challengellenge Begin

Today, 26th of September, 2014 is the first day of my 100 day challenge. The idea is that I have to take action each day towards earning 1K. It doesn’t matter how small the step is. The point is to follow through, hold myself accountable and share each day my progress.

I started with my last idea and today I wrote the mail I need to send to companies interested in advertising on my blog. Now I’m waiting to be revised by NippleKavala.

Let’s see what tomorrow will bring.
